Since the beginning, photographers have hand processed pictures to produce their final images. Even in this digital age we believe in continuing this tradition, it’s an essential part of the creative art that is photography. Plus it’s great fun :)
Modern professional cameras are amazing and can produce good images straight from the camera if setup and used correctly. Colour images can simply be desaturated to produce black & white versions as shown below.

Stage I : Proofing gallery and hi-res CD images
As professionals we analyse each and every image before it’s published. They’re checked for colour balance, exposure and composition, then passed through our home grown processing recipes to produce the colour and black & white images that appear on the proofing gallery and on the hi-res CD if included in the chosen package. Examples shown below.

Stage II : Artbook album images
The last stage is retouching and the application of image effects. Each image is again assessed and manipulated to enhance and add to it’s story telling nature. This level of processing is applied to images that have been chosen to feature in the artbook album if included in the chosen package, and on the images that appear on our website. Examples shown below.
