The big day is over and you have chosen your favourite pictures, it’s time to move on from Janda Photography and into the capable hands of Janda Design. We now transform the images into works of art that tell the story of your day.

Here’s an insight into how it’s done.

Design We use the professional package, Adobe InDesign, to design our story books. It’s an intricate job, weaving the chosen images together, adding typography from the readings and making sure the pictures flow to tell your story. Hard work, but very rewarding.

Edit Each picture is then hand edited, retouched and colour toned using Adobe Photoshop. We always strive to get our pictures correct in the camera, but Photoshop is such a creative tool we’d be crazy not to use our design skills to enhance the images and produce art work.

Proofing Once complete we send you a proof of the final design. Then it’s off to the printers.

Delivery On receiving the books at Janda HQ, they’re checked and dispatched.

Enjoyment Our books are much less formal than traditional albums. We want you to enjoy the images, leave one on the coffee table, show it to your friends and family. Everyone finds the story telling nature of the books much more interesting than just a collection of wedding pictures stuck in an album.
